Every brand you carry in one catalog · Launching 15 Nov

Designers see your brand lines and request quotes

A designer searches for contract seating and finds your showroom. She sees you represent four furniture brands with commercial programs. She reviews product lines, sees lead times, and checks whether you stock floor samples. She requests quotes for two chair models from different brands. You receive her request with project details, respond with pricing and customization options, and coordinate sample shipments from both manufacturers.

Brand catalog management

Your represented brands sync their catalogs to Sourcebook. You see all products, pricing, and specifications in one system. Update your markup or territory pricing for each brand. Designers see complete product data when browsing your showroom profile.

Designer quotes and projects

Receive quote requests from verified designers with project details and timelines. Respond with pricing, customization options, and lead times. Track which designers specify your brands most and identify your best design trade customers.

Order coordination across brands

Questions for showrooms

How do brands sync their catalogs to my showroom?
Brands you represent grant you access to their Sourcebook catalogs. Their products, pricing, and specifications sync automatically to your showroom profile. You set your markup or territory pricing for each brand. Updates from manufacturers flow through immediately.
Can I control which designers see trade pricing?
Yes. Designers submit credentials for trade access. You verify their business operations and grant access to your pricing. You can set different pricing tiers for different designer relationships or remove access if business relationships change.
What if a brand I represent is not on Sourcebook yet?
Invite your brand partners to join Sourcebook, or we reach out on your behalf. Brands can add your showroom to their distribution network. Once they sync their catalog, you get access to their products and pricing automatically.
How much does Sourcebook cost for showrooms?
Sourcebook is priced per showroom, with Enterprise for more locations or more brands. The pricing page has the details, and we quote setup after a 30-minute call.
Can I track which brands get the most designer interest?
Yes. See which brands designers browse most, which products get quoted most often, and which brand lines convert quotes to orders. Use this data when deciding whether to add new brand lines or prioritize floor sample displays.
How do our brands’ catalogs get in?
Through connections. A brand or supplier already on Poly9 connects to your showroom in an afternoon, and their full catalog with pricing lives inside your AI. Showrooms carry dozens of lines this way. Brands not yet on the platform are loaded from their price lists, and we do that for you.
Does it show our trade pricing?
Only to the people you allow. Your designers see trade and net with each brand’s provenance; clients on your site see published prices. A trade pricing question from someone not on your allowed list routes to your team instead of being answered. Every quote line shows which brand and price list it came from.
What does a designer actually ask?
What they would say to a rep. “Find a sofa and two chairs for this board under $18K, quoted” returns three pieces from your lines, priced with lead times, and a shareable link. Sidemarks, COM yardage and tearsheet details come back in the same answer.
What if a brand’s price is not loaded yet?
It returns “price on request” for that line and routes the quote request to you with the rest priced. It never guesses. The designer sees which pieces have certified pricing and which need follow-up, on the floor, in real time.
Can it handle COM across different fabric suppliers?
Yes. Your AI quotes COM pricing from each maker’s rules while pulling yardage and availability from the fabric houses you carry. A designer asks for a frame in a fabric from a different supplier, and both lines price correctly on the same quote.
