Questions

Do we have to enter the brands ourselves?

No. Setup includes loading your brands from their price lists and files. Large fabric lines take about a day once the files are in.

What happens when a brand changes its prices?

Brands are linked, never copied. Load the new list and every search and quote uses it.

Can designers search too?

Yes, on your Sourcebook site. You choose which brands are visible there.

Does search only match exact words?

No. Products are indexed by meaning, so "a green that works with oak" finds green fabrics even when the name says Moss or Sage.
