In the assistant

Designers ask in words. The grade comes back.

The assistant shows a swatch grid with each fabric's grade. A tap prices the frame at that grade. If a fabric has no grade on file, it asks before it quotes.

Questions

Where do the grades come from?

From each brand's own price list and fabric book. We load them during setup and when a new list arrives.

How is COM priced?

The frame prices at the grade the brand publishes for customer's own material, and the yardage it needs is shown on the line.

What if a fabric has no grade on file?

The assistant says so and asks before it quotes. It does not guess a grade.

What happens when a brand sends a new price list?

We load it, and every grade price and quote uses the new list from then on.

Put the grade book in the search box.

$1,000 a month per showroom, setup quoted after a 30-minute call. We load your price lists.

COM and fabric grades

COM means customer’s own material. COM and every graded fabric price the frame the way the brand’s grade matrix says, for each frame and fabric a designer picks.
