Yes. Send us 5 products and preview your Digital Booth with them before you pay. You choose a plan when you are ready to go live.

What uses a credit?

Adding a product with AI and sending a priced reply each use one credit. Browsing, editing and your live booth do not.

What happens when credits run out?

Your booth and everything on it stays live. Buy a pack of 100 credits to keep adding products and sending priced replies.

Can I move from Booth to Factory?

Yes. Move up from your billing page when your catalog grows.

Do you charge per user?

No. Every plan includes your whole team.

Can I pay in euros or pounds?

Poly9 charges in US dollars. Prices on this page in other currencies are estimates.

Digital Booth pricing and AI credits

Poly9 pricing is per plan, with AI credits included every month and your whole team on every plan. One AI credit is one AI action, such as adding a product with AI or sending a priced reply. AI credits replaced the sales actions of earlier plans.

Which currency are we charged in?
US dollars, whatever currency you view prices in. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates.
What costs nothing?
Everything that is not AI work. Buyers browsing your booth, sharing a link, opening a collection, editing products or prices and your buyer records all cost nothing. Only AI actions use AI credits.
Which plan is for exporters?
Booth, the Digital Booth plan. It is for manufacturers and exporters who sell their own range to trade buyers. It costs $99 a month, for up to 1,000 products.
When do we need Factory?
Move to Factory when your catalog passes 1,000 products or your team uses more AI. Factory is $299 a month, for up to 10,000 products and 1,500 AI credits.
What does Sourcebook cost?
Sourcebook is $1,000 a month for one showroom with up to 100 brands. Showrooms with more locations or more brands move to Enterprise. We quote setup after a 30-minute call.
How do we buy more AI credits?
Buy a pack of 100 AI credits for $10, at any time from your billing page.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans cancel any time from your billing page, and you keep access to the end of the month. Enterprise and Sourcebook run on agreements we set up with you.
Is our pricing data safe?
Your products, prices and quotes are scoped to your company. Buyers see prices only where you publish them.
