Sales action

A sales action in Poly9 AI is one thing the AI produces for a sale. An answer, a configured render, a certified price, a quote, a new design, a product in a collection, a collection cover, a drafted email or a product added from photos. Each costs one credit.

Why it matters in quoting

In custom products, configuring options, applying pricing rules and building a quote is the work a seller does all day. The unit is the outcome, not the effort behind it: answering a spec question is one action, and placing ten products in a collection is ten.

What counts as a sales action?
Nine things: an answer, a configured render, a certified price, a quote, a new product design, a product added to a collection, a collection cover, a drafted email or buyer brief, and a product added from photos. Each is one credit. The Billing dashboard shows who used what.
What does not cost a credit?
Browsing your catalog, sharing a link, buyers opening a collection, projects and orders, buyer records, editing products, materials or pricing rules, analytics and connections. Only the nine sales actions are metered because only those are AI work that produces something for a sale.
How many sales actions does a quote take?
One credit for the quote itself. If the buyer asked for a configured render before the quote, that is one more. If they asked two spec questions and then wanted a price and a quote, that is four total. The Billing dashboard lists every action so you can trace the work.
Why 250 free sales actions on trial?
