Sales action

A sales action is one thing an AI produces for a sale: an answer to a buyer, a configured render, a certified price, a quote, or a product added from photos. Poly9 used to price in sales actions. It now prices by plan, with AI credits included in each plan.

Why it matters in quoting

In custom products, configuring options, applying pricing rules and building a quote is the work a seller does all day. Counting that work by outcome, not by the effort behind it, is what the term describes.

Counting outcomes instead of logins means a showroom with twenty designers who each quote twice a week pays for the work, not for the designers who only browse. Everyone on your team is included on every Poly9 plan.

What counts as a sales action?

Anything an AI produces that moves a sale forward. That covers an answer to a buyer’s question, a configured render, a certified price, a quote, or a product written up from photos. Browsing a catalog, sharing a link or editing a record is not one, because no AI work produces something for the sale.

Does Poly9 still price in sales actions?

How many AI credits does a plan include?

Booth includes 200 AI credits a month and up to 1,000 products. Factory includes 1,500 credits a month and up to 10,000 products. Enterprise is set per agreement. When you need more, extra credits are $10 for 100, on any plan.

Is a sales action the same as a quote?

No. A quote is one kind of sales action, but so is an answer, a configured render, a certified price or a product written up from photos. The term is broader than quoting because an AI that sells does more than quote.
