Home decor enquiries arrive in bulk after every fair and every catalog mailer. Most of them ask one of three things.

“Can we have it in our colour?”

A buyer likes the bone inlay mirror but wants black resin, or the lacquer bowls in their spring palette. Each colourway changes material, paint and sometimes reject rates, and each needs a price.

“Can we mix designs in one container?”

Decor buyers seldom fill a container with one design. They want 120 mirrors, 300 boxes and 200 trays together, and they need to know if each design still meets its minimum.

“What is new this season?”

Questions from home decor and handicraft exporters

We add 80 new designs every season. How long does loading take?

You can upload the photos your workshop already takes, including ones saved from WhatsApp, or last season’s Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each product for you to check, and you set the price for each new design.

How do you handle colourways that change the price?

You set a price for each colourway as its own variant. When a buyer picks a colourway, the booth shows that price. A colourway you have not priced shows price on request and comes to your inbox with the details.

Can each buyer see only their own exclusive designs?

You can put the pieces you developed for one buyer in a collection and share it only with them, with prices and MOQs shown or hidden. Then you send that buyer a quote at the terms you agreed.

Does the booth help at trade fairs?
