Every finish, driver and holder, at your prices

Lighting buyers specify a fitting down to the lamp holder. They want the pendant at 45 cm, in brushed brass, with an E27 holder for Europe or an integrated LED at 2700K, plus the marking for their market. Your Digital Booth shows the price you set for each fitting and variant, and sends every unpriced change to your inbox, so a hotel lighting bid gets an answer the same day.

What buyers ask

Hotel lighting bids, answered the same day

A custom lighting factory gets three questions on almost every enquiry. Each one needs the owner, the electrical engineer or the costing sheet.

“What does it cost in our finish and size?”

Raw brass, brushed brass, antique bronze, matte black and powder coat colours each carry their own cost. A 45 cm dome uses more metal and a bigger carton than a 30 cm one, and buyers want both priced.

“Which lamp holder, driver and CCT?”

Europe wants E27, the US wants E26, and many projects want integrated LED with a dimmable driver at 2700K or 3000K. Each option changes the bill of materials and the price.

“Is it marked for our market?”

Hotel and retail buyers ask which fittings carry CE, UKCA or UL marking, and what testing a new variant needs. They want the answer before they put your fitting in a bid.

How it works

From test-rack photos to quotes you send

You set up your fittings and prices once. After that, the booth answers from your product data and sends you anything you have not priced.

01

Load your fittings

Upload phone photos of your pendants, wall lights and lamps or your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each fitting with sizes, finishes, holders and electrical options for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each fitting and variant. Add the sizes, finishes, holders and drivers buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “this pendant at 45 cm, E27 holder, brushed brass, 180 pieces”. The assistant shows the price you set for that variant.

04

You confirm and send

Anything you have not priced shows as price on request and lands in your inbox with the full specification. You confirm the electrical details and the price together.

Questions from lighting manufacturers and exporters

How does Poly9 handle a new driver or LED module?
You list each driver and module as a variant with the price you set. When a buyer picks one, the assistant shows that price. If a buyer asks for a driver or protocol you have not priced, the booth shows price on request and sends you the request.
Does the booth confirm certification for a new variant?
It only repeats what you write in each product’s description, such as the markings you hold. A variant you have not tested shows no claim, and the question comes to your inbox. You send report copies with your quote.
Can contractors and retailers see different prices?
Your booth shows one set of prices. You share collections with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each buyer a quote at the terms you agreed, so a hotel contractor and a lighting retailer each get their own terms.
Our brass and glass costs change. Do we update every fitting?
Nothing reprices on its own. When you change a metal, glass or component rate, Poly9 shows which fittings and open quotes use it, so you can update those prices in one pass instead of checking each product.
What does a Digital Booth cost?
Plans are $99/month Booth · $299/month Factory · Enterprise custom · billed in USD. Booth covers 1,000 products, Factory covers 10,000 and Enterprise is sized to your catalog. Every plan includes your whole team. You preview your Digital Booth before you pay.
