Poly9 · Ceramic tile and sanitaryware exporters

Every size and finish, ready for container quotes

Tile and sanitaryware buyers think in containers and square metres. A distributor wants the green wall tile in a matte glaze, a contractor wants vitrified slabs at 60 x 120 cm with an R10 slip rating, and both want the price for a full 20 ft load. Your Digital Booth shows the prices you set and sends each project request to your inbox for a same-day container quote.

What buyers ask

Matte, gloss or R10, priced per load

Most tile and sanitaryware enquiries arrive with the same three questions. Each one waits for the export manager to open the price list and the loading chart.

“What does it cost in this size and finish?”

Glossy, matte, satin, carving and sugar finishes each price differently, and so does every format from 30 x 60 cm to 80 x 160 cm. Buyers ask for two or three combinations before they shortlist.

“How many square metres fit in a container?”

Boxes per pallet, square metres per box and weight per container decide the price per load. Heavy formats hit the weight limit before the volume limit, and buyers want that worked out for them.

“Which grade, rating and lead time?”

Project buyers ask for premium or standard grade, water absorption, slip rating and rectified edges. For sanitaryware they ask about trap type, rough-in and flush volume. Then they ask when the container can load.

How it works

From factory photos to container quotes

You set up your range and prices once. After that, the booth answers project and distributor buyers from your product data and sends you every custom request.

01

Load your tiles and fixtures

Send phone photos or upload your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each product with size, thickness, finish, body type and grade for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter your price per square metre or per piece for each product and variant. Add the finishes buyers can pick, the carton size, MOQ and lead time.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “this tile in 60 x 120 matte porcelain, R10, one container”. The assistant answers in English from your product data and sends the request to you.

04

You price it and send

The request shows as price on request and lands in your inbox with the full specification. One click turns it into a quote with CBM and container fill.

Questions from ceramic tile and sanitaryware exporters

Can Poly9 work out how many boxes fit in a container?
Yes, in the quotes you send. You enter the carton size once for each format, and Poly9 works out CBM and cartons per container. Every quote shows the buyer total CBM and how full the container is, so nobody has to work it out by hand.
Our price list changes when gas and freight costs move. Do we edit every tile?
When a material rate changes, Poly9 shows which tiles and open quotes it affects. You then update those prices, so the next quote reflects this month’s cost and you skip the hunt through the price list.
Can we sell tiles and sanitaryware from one booth?
Yes. Tiles can be priced per square metre and fixtures per piece in the same booth. A project buyer can ask for floor tiles, wall tiles and a set of closets and basins, and anything you have not priced comes to you as price on request.
Can a distributor see different prices from a project contractor?
Share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each buyer a quote at the terms you agreed. A regular distributor gets their agreed container rate in a quote while a new contractor sees your standard prices.
