Poly9 · Home textile and soft goods manufacturers

Every size, fill and print, quoted

Private label buyers treat your range as a starting point. They want the towel at 650 GSM, the duvet cover in king and super king, the cushion cover with their woven label and a paper band. Your Digital Booth shows the prices you set and sends each private label change to your inbox, so a home textile manufacturer can quote the same day.

What buyers ask

Private label questions, one reply

Bedding, bath, cushion and kitchen linen enquiries follow a pattern. Three questions come up on almost every one.

“Can you do it in our sizes?”

A European buyer wants 135 x 200 cm duvet covers. A US buyer wants queen and king. Each size changes fabric consumption, cutting waste and carton count, and the buyer wants every size priced.

“What does our label and packing cost?”

Private label means the buyer’s woven label, care label, swing tag, barcode sticker and printed insert. Packing ranges from a poly bag to a gift box. Each item adds a cost per unit.

“Can you change the GSM or fill?”

Towel buyers move between 500 and 700 GSM. Cushion and duvet buyers choose polyester fibre, microfibre or feather fill by weight. Every change shifts cost, and buyers compare it across suppliers.

How it works

From sample photos to private label quotes

You set up your range and prices once. After that, the booth answers from your product data and sends each buyer’s version to you.

01

Load your range

Send phone photos of your samples or upload your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each product with sizes, fabric, GSM, fill and colours for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each product and size variant. Add the GSM, fill and colour options buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “this towel at 650 GSM in our two colours, our woven label, sets of four with a paper band”. The assistant sends it to your inbox as price on request.

04

You price it and send

The request lands in your inbox with the full specification and the buyer’s email. One click turns it into a quote with price breaks and CBM.

Questions from home textile and soft goods manufacturers

How does Poly9 price a new size we have never made?
You price it. The booth shows the prices you set for your standard sizes. A new duvet size shows price on request and comes to your inbox with the buyer’s measurements, ready for you to cost and quote.
Cotton yarn prices move every month. Do we update every product?
When a material rate changes, Poly9 shows which towels, sheet sets, cushion covers and open quotes it affects. You then update those prices, so quotes reflect this month’s cost.
Can each retailer see their own range and prices?
Share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each buyer a quote at the terms you agreed. Two retailers can look at the same towel and each get a quote with their own labels and packing.
Can buyers request compliance and test documents?
Mention the certificates you hold, such as OEKO-TEX or GOTS, in each product’s description, and the assistant can answer from it. Send copies of certificates and test reports with your quote.
