Importers, retailers and brands browse and ask the booth assistant questions. Enquiries go to the inbox of the booth they asked on.

Why the network answers itself

In most sourcing chains, product data moves by email. A factory sends a sheet to an agent, the agent rebuilds it for a client, and the client asks a question that travels back down the chain. Each step adds a day and a chance of error.

On Poly9 the factory’s Digital Booth is the source. When the factory changes a price or adds a finish, everyone who opens its booth sees the change. The agent checks one link instead of waiting for a new sheet. The buyer gets an answer from current data.

Brasswren raises the price of a hammered brass bowl from $6.20 to $6.80 after a metal price rise. Its sales manager changes the website price once, in its Digital Booth.

Questions about the network

Is the Poly9 network a marketplace?
No. Buyers reach you through links you or your agents share. Your Digital Booth is your own catalog at your own address, and enquiries from it go to your own inbox.
Does my factory need agents to use Poly9?
No. Many factories sell direct and use their Digital Booth with their own buyers. Working with agents or buying houses is optional, and each of them uses their own account.
How many factories and buyers are in the network?
We will publish network counts on this page once they are verified. Until then we prefer to show how the network works rather than quote a number we cannot stand behind.
Who sees my prices?
You decide. Set a price on a product and buyers who open your booth see it. Leave it blank and they see price on request. Agents who sell your products set their own prices in their own booths and quotes.
How do we join as a group or large agency?
Talk to us about Enterprise through the contact form. Our team agrees the setup with you, onboards your factories or vendors and sets the price after a call.
