Poly9 · Signage and retail display makers

Every sign size and material, quoted

Retail and brand buyers seldom order a display as shown. They want the rack in white instead of black, six shelves instead of four, knock-down for flat shipping, and their logo on the header. Your Digital Booth shows the prices you set and sends each change to your inbox with the full specification, so a quote goes out the same day.

What buyers ask

Display enquiries answered in minutes

A signage manufacturer or retail display factory hears the same three questions on almost every enquiry. Each one waits for the estimator and a new drawing.

“Can you make it bigger, or with more shelves?”

A taller rack uses more steel tube and a bigger carton. Two extra shelves add board, brackets and assembly time. Buyers want the new price and the new carton size together.

“What does it cost in our colour and material?”

Powder coat colours, oak or MDF shelves, clear or frosted acrylic and aluminium composite panels each carry a different cost. Buyers ask for two options before they approve a sample.

“Can you print our logo and ship it flat?”

Brands want their artwork on headers and panels, and their stores want knock-down units that ship flat. Buyers need the print cost, the packing size and the lead time in one reply.

How it works

From workshop photos to priced replies

You set up your range and prices once. After that, the booth answers buyers from your product data and passes every custom request to you.

01

Load your range

Upload phone photos, including ones saved from WhatsApp, or your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each rack, stand and sign with its sizes, materials, finishes and print options for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each rack, stand and sign and each variant. Add the colours, shelf counts and print options buyers can pick, MOQ and lead time.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “this rack in white, 6 shelves, knock-down, 200 units”. The assistant shows the options you offer and sends the change to you as price on request.

04

You price it and send

A new colour, shelf count or die-cut shape lands in your inbox with the specification. One click turns the enquiry into a quote with your price and CBM.

Questions from signage and retail display makers

How does Poly9 price a size or shape we have not set up?
It does not guess. Any size, material, print or die-cut shape you have not priced shows price on request, and the full specification goes to your inbox. You price it, and one click turns the enquiry into a quote.
Our steel and board prices change often. Do we update every product?
When a material rate changes, Poly9 shows which racks, stands, signs and open quotes it affects. You then update those prices, so quotes stay current and you skip the hunt through the range.
Can brands and retailers see different prices?
Share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each buyer a quote at the terms you agreed. A national chain on a rollout and a single store each get their own quote for the same rack.
We exhibit at retail and shopfitting fairs. How does the booth help there?
Print the booth QR code on your stand. Buyers scan it, browse every size, colour and material, and send enquiries that land in your inbox. After the fair you follow up with a collection or a quote.
Our pricing is per inch, per foot and per hour.
Enter a price for each standard letter height, face and raceway option, and buyers see those numbers. A custom job with its own height, LED count or install goes to your inbox as price on request. Your estimator prices it from your own rate sheet, and one click turns the enquiry into a quote.
Can it show the customer the sign?
Poly9’s photo tools turn your phone photos into clean white-background packshots, room photos and the same sign in another finish, each labeled as a render. Customers see your work clearly before they ask. A mockup on their own building still comes from your design team.
What about permits and site conditions?
Those are the exceptions your estimator should see. A job that names a permit, an unusual height or a site survey goes to your inbox as price on request with the buyer’s details, and your estimator prices it before any number reaches the customer.
