Custom sizes and colours, sent to your inbox

Rug buyers almost always change something. They want the design at 9 x 12 ft, in their sage and ivory, with bamboo silk highlights, at a higher knot count. Your Digital Booth shows the prices you set for each design and size, and sends every custom request to your inbox with the full specification, so you can quote it the same day.

What buyers ask

Every custom rug request, answered fast

Designers, retailers and contract buyers ask the same three things before they approve a strike-off.

“What does it cost at our size?”

A design shown at 8 x 10 ft is wanted at 9 x 12, 10 x 14 or a round. Price runs per square foot, but very large and very small sizes carry their own loom and finishing costs.

“Can you weave it in our colours?”

Buyers send a colour board or pom references. Each extra colour adds dyeing and handling, and silk or viscose highlights cost more than wool. Buyers want the effect on price before the strike-off.

“Which construction and how long?”

Hand-knotted, hand-tufted and flat-weave each have a different price and lead time. Knot count changes both. A designer on a project deadline chooses based on these two answers.

How it works

From loom photos to priced rug quotes

You set up your designs and prices once. After that, the booth answers from your product data and sends custom sizes and colours to you.

01

Load your designs

Send phone photos of finished rugs and design maps or upload your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each design with construction, fibre, sizes and colourways for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each design and size, the constructions, fibres and colourways buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time per design.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “same design at 9 x 12 ft in our sage and ivory, wool and bamboo silk”. The assistant answers in English from your product data.

04

You price it and send

The custom size shows as price on request and lands in your inbox with the size, colours and construction. One click turns it into a quote.

Your range, as buyers see it

Questions from rug and carpet manufacturers

How does Poly9 price a size that is not on our list?
You price it. The booth shows the prices you set for your standard sizes. Any other size or shape shows price on request and comes to your inbox with the buyer’s measurements, and one click turns it into a quote.
Our wool and silk costs change. Do we update every design?
When a material rate changes, Poly9 shows which designs and open quotes it affects. You then update those prices, so you never have to hunt through the range for the rugs that use silk.
Can designers and retailers see different prices?
Share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each buyer a quote at the terms you agreed. A trade designer ordering one rug and a retailer ordering forty each get their own quote.
How are strike-off requests handled?
The assistant answers from the strike-off details in your product description. A strike-off request goes to your inbox with the full specification and the buyer’s email, and you reply with an AI draft or a quote.
