Do I need a website already?
No. Poly9 gives you one at yourname.poly9.ai, and you can share it the day you publish.
Can I use Poly9 in Hindi?
Yes. Type or send a voice note in Hindi, English or Hinglish. Poly9 answers in the language you used, and anything that goes to a buyer is written in English.
I already have my range in Excel.
Upload the Excel price list and the codes, names, sizes and prices come in together. You can add photos later.
We make many kinds of products. Does that work?
Yes. Furniture, lighting, textiles, rugs, ceramics, glass, stone, leather and metal can sit in one catalog, each priced in its own unit.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It marks what it is unsure of, such as a wood it cannot identify from the photo. A product goes on your website only after you confirm it.
How does UPI Autopay work?
