What does configure and quote mean for a custom manufacturer?

A buyer picks the size, finish and material and gets a price. On Poly9 the buyer sees the price you set for each option on your Digital Booth. A size or finish you have not priced reaches your inbox as price on request, and one click turns it into a quote you check and send.

What happens when a price is missing?

The booth shows price on request and sends the enquiry, with the buyer’s email, to your inbox. The AI never guesses a price. You price it, and one click turns the enquiry into a quote.

Can we quote in the buyer’s currency?

Yes. Each quote carries the currency, Incoterm and port you choose for that buyer. Your booth shows the prices you set in one website currency.

How long does it take to load a catalog?

Add phone photos and the AI writes each product, its options and a clean photo for you to check. An Excel import maps your sheet once and reuses it every season. You can preview your booth with 5 products before you pay.

Is Poly9 a CPQ replacement?

For many custom manufacturers it covers what buyers see: options, the prices you set, enquiries and quotes. It does not calculate prices from rules the way a full CPQ does. If your factory orders run through an ERP, keep it and put Poly9 in front of it.
