Every size, finish and fabric change, quoted

Furniture buyers seldom order a chair or table as shown. They want it in oak instead of teak, 10 cm wider, in their own fabric, with a darker stain. Your Digital Booth shows the price you set for each timber and finish, and sends every custom change to your inbox with the full specification, so you can quote a custom furniture enquiry the same day.

What buyers ask

Teak or oak, wider or lower

A furniture manufacturer catalog gets the same three questions on every enquiry. Each one waits for the owner, the costing sheet or the production manager.

“What if we change the wood or finish?”

Teak, oak, acacia, mango and sheesham carry different timber costs per cubic foot. Natural oil, smoked stain and lacquer add different labour. Buyers ask for two species and three finishes before they shortlist a chair.

“Can you do it in our fabric?”

Contract and hospitality buyers send their own fabric, known as COM. They need the metres per piece and the upholstery labour charge. Retail buyers pick from your fabric book and want the price for each grade.

“How many fit in a 40 ft container?”

Freight decides the landed cost. Buyers want CBM per piece, knock-down or assembled, and the pieces per container before they confirm a sample order.

How it works

From workshop photos to priced quotes

You set up your range and your prices once. After that, the booth answers buyers from your product data and sends you anything you have not priced.

01

Load your range

Send phone photos from the workshop or upload your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each product with dimensions, timber, finish and fabric options for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each product and variant. Add the timber, finish and fabric options buyers can pick, your MOQ, lead time and carton size.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “same chair in oak, seat 5 cm wider, smoked finish, 240 pieces”. The assistant gives the prices you set and marks the wider seat price on request.

04

You price it and send

Each custom change lands in your inbox with the buyer’s measurements and an AI reply draft. You price it, and one click turns the enquiry into a quote.

Your range, as buyers see it

A furniture export catalog built for specs

Each piece carries the details a sourcing team checks before it asks for a sample or a pro forma.

  • Overall dimensions, seat height and arm height for every size you make
  • Timber species and finish options shown side by side, each with the price you set
  • Fabric grades from your book, plus COM metres per piece for buyer fabric
  • Carton size entered once, knock-down or assembled, so each quote shows total CBM and container fill
  • One MOQ and lead time per model, with finishes or sizes as separate products in a family
  • Certificates you hold, such as FSC timber, named in each description and sent with your quote

Questions from furniture manufacturers and exporters

How does Poly9 price a size change we have never quoted?
It does not price it for you. The booth marks the change price on request and sends it to your inbox with the buyer’s measurements and email. You price it from your own costing, and one click turns the enquiry into a quote.
Our timber cost moves every quarter. Do we update every product?
Only the ones that use that timber. When you change a timber rate in your material list, Poly9 shows every chair, table, cabinet and open quote it affects. You update those prices from that list, and nothing reprices without you.
Can contract and retail buyers see different prices?
Your booth shows one set of prices to everyone. You can share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send a hotel group and a furniture retailer each a quote at the terms you agreed.
How do buyers work out container loading?
You enter the carton size for each piece once. Poly9 works out CBM and cartons per container, and every quote you send shows total CBM and how full the container is across chairs, tables and sideboards.
Does it handle COM and grade books?
Yes, as products and options you price. Enter each grade as an option with its own price, and a COM version as its own variant at your COM price. Buyers see the price you set for the grade they pick. Yardage for a buyer’s own fabric goes to your inbox as price on request.
What if a finish or option is not in our rules yet?
It shows price on request and sends the enquiry to your inbox once the buyer leaves an email. It never guesses. You price the finish, nailhead or skirt option, and one click turns the enquiry into a quote. Add it as a priced option afterwards and the next buyer sees it.
Can we use it at High Point Market or other fairs?
Yes. Your catalog is live at yourcompany.poly9.ai, and the fair kit gives you a QR code for the stand. Buyers browse on their phones, see the prices you set and send enquiries that land in your inbox. Every price they see is one you entered.
Can dealers and showrooms quote from our rules?
They can share your booth link and send buyers your line sheets. Collections and line-sheet PDFs show your prices and MOQs, or hide them, as you choose. Each dealer enquiry lands in your inbox, and you send the quote at the terms you agreed with that dealer.
How is this different from furniture CPQ or configurators?
Classic CPQ needs deep setup and per-seat fees. Poly9 shows the prices you set for each frame, grade and finish, answers buyers in plain language from your product data and sends anything unpriced to your inbox. Plans are monthly with the whole team included. See the comparison at /compare/cpq-tools.
What does a Digital Booth cost?
Plans are $99/month Booth · $299/month Factory · Enterprise custom · billed in USD. Booth covers 1,000 products, Factory covers 10,000 and Enterprise is sized to your catalog. Every plan includes your whole team. You preview your Digital Booth before you pay.
