Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 7, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Poly9 Technologies Inc. (“Poly9,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on poly9.ai and within the Poly9 platform (collectively, the “Services”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, and display settings) so you don’t have to re-enter them each time. We also use related technologies — pixel tags, local storage, and SDKs — which function similarly. This policy covers all of these collectively as “cookies.”

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary

Required for the Services to function — session management, authentication, CSRF protection, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. We use Supabase (auth session) and Vercel (edge session) for this purpose.

Functional

Remember your preferences (theme, language, layout density, recently viewed buyers) so the platform feels personalized on return visits. Disabling these won’t break the Services but will reset your preferences on each visit.

Analytics

Help us understand how the Services are used so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for anonymized usage measurement, and Sentry for error and performance traces. None of these are used to build advertising profiles.

Marketing

Used on our public marketing pages (poly9.ai) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and content. These include LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel. They are only set with your consent where required by law and are never active inside the authenticated product experience.

3. Third-Party Providers

Vercel AnalyticsAnalyticsFirst-party page & speed metrics

4. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies. Instructions from the major browser vendors:

Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or using the authenticated product. Disabling other categories will not break the Services but will reduce personalization and analytics fidelity.

5. Opt-Out of Analytics & Advertising

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no industry-wide standard for interpreting DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We honor the legally required opt-outs described above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our cookie usage evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material updates will be communicated via our homepage or email where appropriate.
