Poly9 · Brass and metalware exporters

Every brass finish and size, at your prices

Brass and metalware buyers seldom order a piece as shown. They want the bowl in nickel, the lantern 20 percent taller, the planter in matte black powder coat. Your Digital Booth shows the price you set for each piece and variant, and sends every unpriced change to your inbox, so a brass handicraft exporter can quote it the same day.

What buyers ask

Antique brass or matte black, answered today

Every metal decor enquiry turns into the same three questions. Each one usually waits for the owner, the plating unit or last season’s costing sheet.

“What does it cost in another finish?”

Raw brass, antique wash, nickel, copper plating, gold PVD and powder coat each carry a different cost. Buyers ask for two or three finishes on the same piece before they shortlist anything.

“Can you make it bigger?”

A 30 cm bowl at 40 cm uses more sheet, more hammering time and a bigger carton. The buyer wants the new price and the new carton size, not a promise to revert.

“What is the MOQ and when can it ship?”

Minimums often differ by finish because plating runs in batches. Lead time depends on the casting or spinning queue. Buyers compare three suppliers on these two answers.

How it works

From phone photos to quotes you send

You set up your range and your prices once. After that, the booth answers buyers from your product data and sends you anything you have not priced.

01

Load your range

Upload your phone photos or your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each product with its size, metal, weight and finish options for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each product and variant, the finishes and sizes buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time per product. Buyers see exactly those prices.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “same bowl in nickel, 40 cm, 300 pieces”. The assistant answers from your product data and marks the change price on request.

04

You confirm and send

The request lands in your inbox with the full specification and an AI reply draft. You price it, and one click turns it into a quote.

Your range, as buyers see it

A metal decor catalog buyers can check

Each product in your metal decor manufacturer catalog carries the details buyers need before they ask for samples.

  • Finishes shown side by side: raw, antique, nickel, copper, gold tone and powder coat colours
  • Sizes and weights per variant, so buyers see what changes when they scale a piece
  • One MOQ and lead time per product, with each finish as its own product in a family
  • Process notes in each description: casting, spinning, sheet work, plating and lacquer
  • Anti-tarnish lacquer, food-safe lining and packing options listed as add-ons
  • Carton size entered once, so every quote shows total CBM and container fill

Example data · fictional company

Ramnagar Metal Works, a fictional brass handicraft exporter

Nickel plating with antique wash$2.15
Anti-tarnish lacquer$0.60
Export carton, 6 pieces per carton$0.85
Total$13.00 per piece FOB

300 pieces · MOQ for nickel is 200 · ready in 45 days

The booth showed the 30 cm brass price and marked the nickel 40 cm change price on request for the owner. The owner priced it from their own costing, and the quote shows total CBM.

Questions from brass and metalware exporters

What happens with a finish we have never quoted before?
It does not guess. If a finish or size has no price in your setup, the booth shows price on request and sends the request to you with the full specification. Once you add it as a priced variant, later buyers see that price.
Our brass rate changes every month. Do we update every product?
Nothing reprices on its own. When you change the brass rate per kilo, Poly9 shows which products and open quotes use brass sheet or casting, so you can update those prices in one pass.
Can buyers see different prices from each other?
Your booth shows one set of prices. You share collections with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each buyer a quote at the terms you agreed, so a large importer and a small boutique each get their own terms.
We sell at IHGF and Ambiente. How does the booth help at a fair?
Print the booth QR code on your stand. Buyers scan it, browse every finish and size, and send enquiries to your inbox. Scan their business cards, then follow up with a collection and line sheet.
