Multi-line showroom interior

Your desk stops hunting through forty binders

When a designer asks for a performance velvet sofa under grade H, your team checks multiple brands before finding a match. Sourcebook searches.

Find it across brands

Search every line by words, style number or a photo. Get matches from each brand ranked by price, grade and lead time.

Price it with grades

Each brand prices from its own grade matrix. When a rule is missing, Sourcebook says price on request and routes the question to you.

Quote across lines

Build a client collection with pieces from multiple brands in one link. The client sees one quote with your terms.

How multi-line showrooms use Sourcebook

Multi-line showrooms represent dozens of furniture, lighting, and textile brands under one roof. Designers need instant answers about availability across brands, grade upcharges per manufacturer, and COM requirements. Sourcebook consolidates product data so your team searches once across all brands instead of checking forty catalogs for every designer question.

Cross-brand product search

Designers search for sectional sofas and see matches from every furniture brand you represent. Filter by style, size, or price range. Compare options across brands with current pricing, lead times, and customization capabilities. No need to know which brand carries what.

Brand-specific pricing rules

Each brand has its own grade matrix, COM requirements, and option pricing. Sourcebook applies the correct rules per brand automatically. When designers specify fabrics, see grade upcharges calculated from each manufacturer program. No manual grade chart lookups.

Multi-brand project coordination

Designers build room collections mixing pieces from multiple brands. Track lead times per brand and coordinate delivery schedules. Quote complete projects with line-item pricing per brand and consolidated terms. Manage projects where furniture, lighting, and rugs come from different manufacturers.

Questions about Sourcebook for multi-line showrooms

How do you load forty brands?
We load your top-selling brands first and add the rest in batches. You pick the order based on your sales volume or strategic priorities. Your team starts using the catalog on your best brands while we load the rest. Most showrooms go live with their top 10 brands in the first week.
What if a brand updates its prices?
Connected brands update their own catalog and the change reaches your floor automatically. For brands not yet on Sourcebook, our team loads the new price list within 24 hours and checks it with you before it goes live. You see when each brand catalog was last updated.
Can designers search our showroom?
Yes. Designers get a link to your showroom catalog, search all your brands, ask questions in plain words, and build collections with pieces from multiple brands. You approve the quote before it goes to the designer. Set which designers see net pricing vs suggested retail.
Does it price COM correctly for each brand?
It prices from each brand COM yardage chart and grade matrix automatically. If a specific grade or COM rule is missing, it says price on request and sends the question to your team with the designer contact and fabric specifications. You handle only exception pricing.
How do we coordinate delivery across multiple brands?
Each brand has lead times in the system. When designers order pieces from multiple brands, you see delivery timelines per manufacturer. Coordinate with designers on phased delivery or consolidated shipments based on actual brand production schedules and freight coordination.
Can we see which brands perform best?
Yes. Track views, quote requests, and conversions per brand. See which brands designers browse most, which lines generate the most quotes, and which convert quotes to orders. Use this data when deciding whether to add new brands or give more floor space to high-performing lines.
