Your to-the-trade showroom closes at 5pm. Designers keep working. They ask questions at 11pm and expect answers by morning. Sourcebook answers them while.

24/7 designer access

Designers browse your catalog, search, and ask questions any time. The AI answers from your catalog and routes complex questions to you.

Trade-only pricing

Show net pricing to verified designers. Hide pricing until they register. Control who sees what per designer account.

Quote approval workflow

Designers request quotes. You review, adjust terms, and approve. Designer gets a versioned quote with your payment and delivery terms.

How design-center showrooms use Sourcebook

Design center showrooms operate in trade-only buildings with walk-in designer traffic and floor sample displays. Your physical showroom handles in-person visits during business hours. Sourcebook extends your reach: designers browse your catalog at night, compare products across your brand lines, and submit quote requests with project details while your showroom is closed.

Floor sample coordination

Tag products displayed in your physical showroom. Designers see which items they can view in person and which require sample requests. Coordinate showroom visits when designers want to see specific floor samples.

Multi-brand quoting

Designers build project collections mixing products from multiple brands you represent. They request one quote covering all brands. You coordinate with manufacturers and present unified pricing with your delivery and payment terms.

Designer visit scheduling

Designers browse online, save products, then book showroom visits to see selections in person. You see what they saved before they arrive and prepare floor samples, fabric books, and finish samples for their appointment.

Questions for design-center showrooms

How do designers get access?
Designers register with their credentials: business license, tax resale certificate, or professional association membership. You approve each designer account and set their pricing visibility. Verified designers see your net pricing and can request quotes.
Can we control what each designer sees?
Yes. Show full net pricing, hide pricing until they request a quote, or show suggested retail with no net pricing visible. Set pricing visibility per designer or per designer firm. Change visibility anytime.
What if a designer asks after hours?
The AI answers from your catalog immediately: product specifications, lead times, customization options, minimum orders. If it cannot answer, it logs the question and sends it to you with the designer contact. You reply in the morning with a priced answer.
Do designers see our margins?
No. You control what designers see: net pricing, retail pricing, or no pricing until quote. Margins and your markup rules stay private. Designers never see your cost from manufacturers or your markup percentages.
Can we show floor samples and schedule visits?
Yes. Tag products displayed in your physical showroom as floor samples. Designers see which items they can view in person. They schedule showroom visits and you see what products they want to review before they arrive.
How do multi-brand quotes work?
Designers build collections mixing products from multiple brands you represent. They request one quote. You coordinate pricing with each manufacturer and present unified terms: one delivery schedule, one payment structure, one quote document with your showroom branding.
