Poly9 · Natural stone, marble and granite exporters

Slabs, sizes and finishes, quoted per square metre

Stone buyers ask about sizes and finishes on every enquiry. Tiles cut to 600 by 1200, slabs at 20 or 30 mm, a honed finish instead of polished, a side table at 50 cm. Your Digital Booth shows the prices you set and sends each custom cut to your inbox, so a granite exporter or marble supplier answers before the next quarry does.

What buyers ask

Project enquiries answered before the next call

A natural stone enquiry turns into the same three questions. Each one usually waits for the owner, the factory floor or an old rate card.

“What is the price in another finish?”

Polished, honed, leathered, flamed, brushed and filled or unfilled travertine each take different time on the line. Buyers ask for two finishes on the same stone before they ask for samples.

“Can you cut it to our size and thickness?”

An architect’s schedule lists tiles, slabs, steps and vanity tops in exact sizes. A change from 20 to 30 mm or to a larger format changes the price per square metre and the yield from each block.

“How heavy is it, and how many crates?”

Stone ships by weight. Buyers want the kilos per square metre, crates per container and whether the crates are fumigated, along with the MOQ and the date it leaves the factory.

How it works

From phone photos to quick quotes

You set up your stones and prices once. After that, the booth answers buyers from your product data and sends you every custom cut.

01

Load your stones and products

Send phone photos or upload your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each stone and product with its sizes, thickness, finishes and grade for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price per square metre or per piece for each product and variant. Add the sizes, thicknesses and finishes buyers can pick, MOQ and lead time.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “this table in honed filled travertine, 50 cm, sealed, 120 pieces”. The assistant shows the options you offer and sends the custom size to your inbox.

04

You price it and send

The request shows as price on request and lands in your inbox with the full specification. One click turns it into a quote with CBM and container fill.

Your range, as buyers see it

A natural stone catalog buyers can specify

Each stone and product in your catalog carries the details a buyer or architect checks before asking for samples.

  • Stones listed by name, colour, origin and grade, with photos of real slabs or tiles
  • Formats per stone: slabs, tiles, steps, mosaics, vanity tops and carved pieces
  • Thickness and size options, priced per square metre, per linear metre or per piece
  • Finishes shown side by side: polished, honed, leathered, flamed, brushed and sealed
  • Weight per square metre in the description, and crate size entered once for CBM in quotes
  • One MOQ and lead time per product, with each finish as its own product in a family

Questions from natural stone, marble and granite exporters

Can we price by the square metre and by the piece?
Yes. You enter the price for each product and variant and name the unit in its description. Tiles and slabs can carry a price per square metre at each thickness, while tables, sinks and carved pieces carry a price per piece.
What happens when a buyer sends a cut list we have not priced?
The booth does not guess. Any size, edge profile or finish you have not priced shows as price on request and lands in your inbox with the full specification. You price it, and one click turns the enquiry into a quote.
Can a contractor and a distributor see different prices?
Share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each buyer a quote at the terms you agreed. A distributor buying containers and a contractor buying for one project each get their own quote.
We exhibit at stone fairs. How does the booth help at the stand?
Print the booth QR code on your stand. Buyers scan it, browse stones, finishes and sizes, and send enquiries that land in your inbox. After the fair you follow up with a collection or a quote for their project.
