Questions from toy, gift and seasonal decor exporters

Can buyers see our toy safety test reports?
Mention the tests you hold in each product’s description, such as EN 71 parts and ASTM F963, with the report date and age grade. The assistant answers from it when a compliance team asks, and you send copies with your quote.
What happens when a buyer asks for a colour we have not tested?
The booth does not guess. A colour or finish you have not priced shows as price on request and comes to your inbox with the full specification. You decide the price and whether a new test is needed before you reply.
