Every custom packaging enquiry turns into the same three questions. Each one waits for the estimator to rebuild the costing from the die line up.

“What does it cost in our size?”

A new size changes the sheet layout, the board used and often the die. Buyers send outer dimensions and expect a price without a long back-and-forth about internal fit.

“What does foil and soft touch add?”

CMYK print, Pantone inks, hot foil, embossing, spot UV and soft-touch lamination each add a cost, and some add a plate or block charge. Buyers want the per-unit price and the one-time charges in the same reply.

“What is the price at 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000?”

Run length moves the unit price more than anything else. Brands compare suppliers on three quantity breaks, the MOQ and whether the boxes ship flat or assembled.

What happens when a brand asks for a box size we have never made?

The booth does not work out a price for a new size. It shows price on request and sends you the buyer’s dimensions, board and finish. You check the die and sheet layout, price it, and turn the enquiry into a quote in one click.

How are die, plate and foil block charges shown?

You add each one-time charge to the quote you send, as a separate line or spread over the quantity. Price breaks by quantity in the same quote show buyers why the unit price drops at higher runs.

Can different brands see different prices for the same box?

Your booth shows one set of prices. You share collections with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each brand a quote at the terms you agreed, so a repeat brand gets their agreed rate on the same style.

We exhibit at packaging and gifting fairs. How does the booth help there?
