Poly9 · Leather goods and bag exporters

Every leather, colour and hardware option, shown

Bag and accessory buyers almost never take a sample as it stands. They want the tote in vegetable-tanned leather, in cognac and black, with brass hardware and their logo debossed on the front. Your Digital Booth shows the price you set for each style and variant, and sends every unpriced change to your inbox, so a leather goods exporter can quote a brand programme the same day.

What buyers ask

Brand programmes quoted the same day

A custom handbag enquiry comes with a list of changes. Each one usually waits for the owner, the cutting master or last season’s costing sheet.

“Can we have it in a different leather?”

Vegetable-tanned, chrome-tanned, pull-up, nubuck or a printed croc each have a different cost per square foot and different wastage. Buyers ask for two leathers on the same style before sampling.

“Can you put our logo and hardware on it?”

Blind deboss, foil stamp or a metal plate, plus brass, gunmetal or matte black hardware. Each changes the cost, and some need new dies with their own setup charge.

“What is the MOQ and the bulk date?”

Minimums depend on hide lots and colour. Buyers want the MOQ per colour, the sample lead time and the bulk ship date before they confirm a programme.

How it works

From phone photos to quotes you send

You set up your range and your prices once. After that, the booth answers buyers from your product data and sends you anything you have not priced.

01

Load your range

Upload your phone photos or your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each product with its leather, colours, size, hardware and lining for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each style and variant, the leathers, colours and hardware buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time per style.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “this tote in veg-tan, cognac and black, our deboss logo, 500 pieces”. The assistant answers from your product data and marks the change price on request.

04

You confirm and send

The request lands in your inbox with the full specification and an AI reply draft. You price it, and one click turns it into a quote.

A leather goods catalog brands can spec

Each product in your leather bag manufacturer catalog carries the details a brand checks before ordering samples.

  • Leather options per style: tannage, finish, thickness and the colours you offer
  • Hardware finishes shown side by side: brass, nickel, gunmetal and matte black
  • Logo methods as add-ons: blind deboss, foil stamp, metal plate or woven label
  • Lining, edge paint and stitching colour choices with any extra cost
  • One MOQ and lead time per style, with each colour as its own product in a family
  • Dust bags and carton size, entered once so every quote shows total CBM

Questions from leather goods and bag exporters

Hide prices move every few weeks. Do we update every bag?
Nothing reprices on its own. When you change the leather rate per square foot, Poly9 shows which styles and open quotes use that leather, so you can update those prices in one pass.
How does the booth handle a logo die or a new hardware mould?
The booth does not price a setup charge. It shows price on request and sends the request to you with the full specification. You add the die or mould charge as a line in the quote you send.
Can a brand and a boutique see different prices?
Your booth shows one set of prices. You share collections with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each buyer a quote at the terms you agreed, so a yearly brand programme and a boutique each get their own terms.
We exhibit at leather fairs. How does the booth help on the stand?
Print the booth QR code on your stand. Buyers scan it, browse leathers, colours and hardware, and send enquiries to your inbox. Scan their business cards, then follow up with a collection and line sheet.
What does a Digital Booth cost?
Plans are $99/month Booth · $299/month Factory · Enterprise custom · billed in USD. Booth covers 1,000 products, Factory covers 10,000 and Enterprise is sized to your catalog. Every plan includes your whole team. You preview your Digital Booth before you pay.
