Poly9 · Furniture components and hardware makers

Every part and finish, ready for factory buyers

Your buyers are furniture and cabinet factories, and they buy against a drawing. One wants your drawer slide at 450 mm, 45 kg load, in black. Another wants a brass knob in a satin nickel finish with a longer screw. Your Digital Booth shows the price you set for each variant and sends every custom size to your inbox, so a furniture hardware supplier can answer with a number the same day.

What buyers ask

Drawings in, quoted parts out

Component enquiries from furniture factories come with three questions. Each one waits for an engineer to read the drawing and the costing sheet together.

“Can you make it in our length and load?”

Slides come in 250 to 600 mm, legs in any height, frames in any span. Buyers send a drawing or a size list and want a price per length and load rating, not a callback.

“What does it cost in black or satin nickel?”

Zinc, black powder coat, satin nickel, antique brass and stainless each price differently. Buyers matching a furniture range ask for two or three finishes before they order samples.

“What are the test results and the MOQ?”

Cabinet makers ask for load ratings, cycle tests, soft-close behaviour and hole spacing. Then they ask the minimum per finish and how long a production run takes to ship.

How it works

From part photos to priced variants

You load your parts and your prices once. After that, the booth answers factory buyers from your product data and sends you anything you have not priced.

01

Load your parts

Send phone photos or upload your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each part with lengths, load ratings, material, finishes and fixing details for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each length, load and finish variant, the options buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time per part.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “these slides at 450 mm, 45 kg, black finish, 5,000 pairs”. The assistant gives the price you set for that variant and shows the lengths you offer.

04

You price it and send

Anything you have not priced shows as price on request and lands in your inbox with an AI reply draft. One click turns it into a quote.

Questions from furniture components and hardware makers

Our buyers send drawings. Can the booth read them?
The booth answers from the lengths, loads and finishes in your product data and the prices you set. A drawing reference travels with the request. If the part needs your engineer to check tolerances or tooling, it shows as price on request and comes to your inbox.
Steel and zinc prices move every month. Do we update every part?
Only the parts that use that metal. When you change a steel or zinc rate in your material list, Poly9 shows every slide, hinge, leg and open quote it affects. You update those prices from that list, and nothing reprices without you.
Can a large furniture factory see different prices from a small workshop?
Your booth shows one set of prices to everyone. Share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send a factory buying 50,000 pairs a year a quote at its agreed rate and a small workshop your standard terms.
Can we show our load and cycle test results?
Yes. You add the load ratings, cycle counts and test notes you hold to each product’s description. Buyers see them on the product and the assistant uses them when an engineer asks whether a slide suits a heavy drawer.
What does a Digital Booth cost?
Plans are $99/month Booth · $299/month Factory · Enterprise custom · billed in USD. Booth covers 1,000 products, Factory covers 10,000 and Enterprise is sized to your catalog. Every plan includes your whole team. You preview your Digital Booth before you pay.
