Every last, leather and size run, quoted

Footwear buyers build programmes, and every style gets changed. A brand wants your loafer in black calf instead of brown suede, on a rubber sole, in EU 40 to 46. Another wants the same last in three colours with their own sock print. Your Digital Booth shows the price you set for each version and sends every custom change to your inbox, so a shoe factory can quote private label work per style.

What buyers ask

Calf or suede, rubber or leather, quoted

Every footwear programme enquiry comes back to three questions. Each one waits for the merchandiser to rebuild the cost sheet for the new material.

“What does it cost in our leather and sole?”

Calf, suede, nubuck and printed leather each cost differently per square foot, and leather, rubber and EVA soles change the price again. Buyers ask for two or three combinations before they order a sample pair.

“Which sizes, and what is the size run?”

Brands need EU, UK and US sizing, half sizes where you offer them, and the run you build per colour. Larger sizes use more material, and buyers want that reflected in one price per pair.

“What is the MOQ per colour and the lead time?”

Minimums often sit per colour and per last, and lead time depends on leather sourcing and the lasting line. Merchandisers compare factories on these answers before they open a programme.

How it works

From sample photos to costed styles

You load your styles and your prices once. After that, the booth answers brand buyers from your product data and sends you anything you have not priced.

01

Load your styles

Send phone photos of your samples or upload your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each style with last, upper, lining, sole, construction and size range for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each style and variant, the leathers and soles buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time per style.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “this loafer in black calf, rubber sole, EU 40 to 46, 1,200 pairs”. The assistant gives the prices you set and marks the black calf change price on request.

04

You price it and send

Each custom request lands in your inbox with the full specification and an AI reply draft. You price it, and one click turns it into a quote.

Your range, as buyers see it

A leather footwear catalog brands can programme

Each style in your leather footwear exporter catalog carries the details a merchandiser checks before requesting a sample pair.

  • Styles by last, with uppers shown side by side in calf, suede, nubuck and textile
  • Sole options: leather, rubber, EVA and crepe, each with the price you set
  • Construction method per style: cemented, Blake stitched or Goodyear welted
  • Size range in EU, UK and US, with half sizes and widths where you offer them
  • One MOQ and lead time per style, with colours that need their own minimum as products in a family
  • Packing per pair: shoe box, dust bag and tissue, plus carton size for CBM in your quotes

Questions from footwear manufacturers and exporters

How does Poly9 price a leather we have not costed before?
It does not guess. If a leather, sole or construction has no price in your setup, the booth shows price on request and sends the request to you with the full specification. Once you add it as a priced variant, later buyers see that price.
Leather prices change each season. Do we edit every style?
Only the styles that use that leather. When you change its rate in your material list, Poly9 shows every loafer, boot and open quote it affects. You update those prices from that list, and nothing reprices without you.
Can each brand see their own prices and minimums?
Your booth shows one set of prices to everyone. Share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send a long-standing brand a quote at its programme rate and a new buyer your standard terms.
We meet buyers at footwear fairs. How does the booth help there?
Print the booth QR code from your fair kit on your stand. Buyers scan it, browse styles, leathers and soles, and send enquiries to your inbox. Scan their business cards, then send a line sheet of the styles they handled.
What does a Digital Booth cost?
