Poly9 · Electrical fittings manufacturers

Every spec, thread and finish, on one link

Electrical distributors and panel builders buy on specification. They want an M20 gland in nickel-plated brass with a metric thread, an IP68 seal, a clamping range that fits their cable, and the test report to prove it. Your Digital Booth lists each spec with the price you set for every variant, and sends any size or thread you have not priced to your inbox.

What buyers ask

Distributor enquiries answered with specs and prices

An electrical fittings manufacturer that exports hears the same three questions on almost every enquiry. Each one sends your team hunting for a costing sheet or a PDF certificate.

“Which thread and size fit our market?”

European buyers ask for metric threads such as M20 and M25. American buyers ask for NPT. Each needs the cable clamping range and the price for that size in one reply.

“Nickel plated or plain brass, and the price?”

Plain brass suits indoor panels. Nickel plating suits damp and outdoor sites. Stainless suits harsh plants. Buyers want the price of each finish before they choose.

“Can you send the certificates?”

Distributors check IP ratings, material composition and RoHS declarations before they list a product. They want to know which certificates you hold before they ask for the first sample.

How it works

From spec sheets to priced replies

You set up your range and your prices once. After that, the booth answers distributors from your product data and passes anything you have not priced to you.

01

Load your range

Upload your Excel spec sheet or send phone photos. Poly9 writes each gland, connector and terminal with its threads, sizes, clamping ranges and finishes for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each size and finish variant, the threads and seals buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time per product.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “cable glands M20, nickel plated, 50,000 pieces”. The assistant gives the price you set for that variant and the clamping range from your product data.

04

You price it and send

Anything you have not priced shows as price on request and lands in your inbox with an AI reply draft. One click turns it into a quote.

Questions from electrical fittings manufacturers

How does Poly9 price a size or thread we have not set up?
It does not guess. If a size, thread or finish has no price in your setup, the booth shows price on request and sends the full specification to your inbox. Once you add it as a priced variant, later buyers see that price.
How do buyers see which certificates we hold?
You name the certificates and test reports you already hold in each product’s description, such as IP test reports, material certificates and RoHS declarations, with standard and date. Buyers read them there. When a buyer asks for the document itself, you send it with your quote.
Our brass rate changes every month. Do we update every product?
Only the ones that use brass. When you change the brass rate in your material list, Poly9 shows every gland, connector, terminal and open quote it affects. You update those prices from that list, and nothing reprices without you.
Can different distributors see different prices?
Your booth shows one set of prices to everyone. Share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send a national distributor and a small contractor each a quote at the terms you agreed.
What does a Digital Booth cost?
Plans are $99/month Booth · $299/month Factory · Enterprise custom · billed in USD. Booth covers 1,000 products, Factory covers 10,000 and Enterprise is sized to your catalog. Every plan includes your whole team. You preview your Digital Booth before you pay.
