What does a card scan cost?

One credit per card. If Poly9 AI cannot read it, the credit comes back and you can type the details in.

What if the photo is blurred?

Each field is marked sure, likely or check. Fields marked check say what to look at, such as blurred digits, so you only fix those.

Can I bring in my existing buyer list?

Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file of up to 2,000 rows. Poly9 matches the columns, and buyers already in Poly9 are updated, not duplicated.

Can imported buyers get my campaigns?

Yes, when you confirm they agreed to hear from you. Anyone who unsubscribes is never emailed again.
