Questions

Who can I send a campaign to?

Buyers in your Poly9 buyer list who have an email address and have not unsubscribed. Imported buyers are included when you confirmed they agreed to hear from you.

Does sending use credits?

Sending does not. Having Poly9 AI write the email from your brief uses one credit.

Why can I not send to everyone on day one?

A new sender who emails thousands of people at once lands in spam. Your daily limit starts at 200, rises to 1,000 in the second week and 5,000 after that. A campaign that hits the limit carries on the next day.

What happens when a buyer unsubscribes?

They are removed straight away and never get another campaign from you. If you merge or delete a buyer, the unsubscribe is kept.
