Is this official IHGF or EPCH data?
No. The dates, venue and entry rules come from the organiser site and an Embassy of India notice, both linked at the foot of the page. The trend readings are ours, based on what Pantone, WGSN, Heimtextil and Ambiente published. EPCH and IHGF neither wrote nor endorsed this page.
Do I need a full price book loaded before the fair?
No. Load the rules you have and mark the rest price on request. Buyers can still tap through finishes, sizes and packing options in the collection, and you send certified quotes after the fair. Poly9 never fills a missing rule with a guess.
How does a digital booth work at the stand?
You print the QR code Poly9 generates for the collection link, or send the link on WhatsApp. The buyer opens it on their phone, asks for a finish or a case pack in the chat, and requests a quote. The request lands in your Projects inbox with each line certified or marked POR.
Can I use the same booth after IHGF?
Yes. The collection is a link, not a fair-week file. Update a product, a finish or a lead time and every buyer who has the link sees the change. Most orders from an October fair are approved in November or December, and the link is still there.
What if my products do not match these directions?
Sell the story you have. These are published directions, not entry rules, and a buyer with a brief will pick a coherent collection over a trend-matched one. Keep the structure (story, grid, vignettes, trade facts, next step) and your own palette.
