Poly9 · Promotional products and uniform makers

Every logo, colour and quantity break, quoted

Promo and uniform buyers never order a blank. A distributor wants the polo in navy with a two-colour chest logo, sizes S to 3XL, and prices at 250, 500 and 1,000 pieces. Your Digital Booth shows the prices you set and sends every custom version to your inbox, so a promotional products manufacturer can quote before the distributor asks twice.

What buyers ask

Embroidery or print, quoted by quantity

Every custom merchandise enquiry asks the same three things. Each one sits with the sales head while someone checks the stitch count or the screen charges.

“What does our logo cost on this?”

Embroidery prices by stitch count, screen print by colours and screens, heat transfer and pad print by size and position. Buyers want the decoration cost and any setup fee next to the garment price.

“What is the price at 500 and at 1,000?”

Distributors resell to their own clients, so they need quantity breaks before they can quote upward. One price for one quantity sends them back to you with a second email.

“Which colours and sizes, and by when?”

Uniform buyers need standard colours, Pantone matching, the size range and the extra cost of 2XL and above. Event buyers need a ship date that lands before the launch or the trade show.

How it works

From sample photos to quantity-break quotes

You load your blanks and your prices once. After that, the booth answers distributors and corporate buyers from your product data and sends you anything you have not priced.

01

Load your blanks and styles

Upload your phone photos or your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each product with fabric, GSM, colours, sizes and decoration areas for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each style and variant. Add the colours, sizes and decoration methods buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “polo in navy, 2-colour chest embroidery, S to 3XL, 500 pieces”. The assistant shows the blank price you set and marks the logo work price on request.

04

You confirm and send

The request lands in your inbox with the logo position, sizes and quantity. You check the artwork, price it, and one click turns it into a quote with price breaks.

Your range, as buyers see it

A custom merchandise catalog distributors can resell

Each item in your custom merchandise factory catalog carries the details a distributor needs to quote their own client.

  • Standard colours per style, with Pantone match offered as an option
  • Size range per style, with 2XL and above as variants at their own price
  • Decoration methods and areas: embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, pad print and woven labels
  • Price breaks by quantity in your quotes, with setup and digitising fees as lines

Pique polo, 220 GSM, navy, S to XL$4.20
Chest embroidery, 2 colours, 7,000 stitches$0.75
Digitising fee spread over 500 pieces$0.06

Questions from promotional products and uniform makers

What happens with a logo we have not seen yet?
The booth does not price artwork. It shows price on request and sends you the request with the stitch or colour count the buyer gave, the position and the quantity. You check the artwork, price it, and send the quote in one click.
Can distributors see their own prices for resale?
Your booth shows one set of prices. You share collections with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each distributor a quote with their agreed rates and quantity breaks, while a new corporate buyer gets your standard terms.
Our larger sizes cost more to make. Can the booth show that?
Yes. You can list 2XL and above as variants with their own price, so S to XL carries one price and larger sizes another. When a buyer asks for a full size run, the booth shows both, and your quote lists them.
We meet distributors at merchandise shows. How does the booth help there?
Print the booth QR code on your stand. Buyers scan it, browse styles, colours and decoration options, and send enquiries to your inbox. After the show you send quotes with their quantity breaks.
Can it place our customer’s logo on the garment?
Poly9 renders product photos as clean packshots, room photos and other finishes, each labeled as a render. A customer’s logo on the garment still comes from your art department. The decorated order goes to your inbox as price on request, and you quote it with the decoration method and placement.
Our quantity breaks differ by product and by decoration.
Set price breaks by quantity in each quote you send, such as 144, 288 and 500 pieces. The booth shows your standard price for each garment. A decorated order lands in your inbox, where one click turns it into a quote with the breaks and the stitch-count charge you set.
What about the in-hands date?
Each product carries one lead time, and the assistant tells buyers that number. An order with a firm in-hands date lands in your inbox, and you confirm the ship date in the quote you send. A date you cannot meet stays a question for your team instead of a promise.
What does a Digital Booth cost?
