Questions from medical textile manufacturers

How do buyers see which certificates we hold?
You mention the certificates, registrations and test reports you hold in each product’s description, with standard and date. Buyers read them there. Poly9 shows what you write and does not certify products. You send copies with your quote.
What happens with a GSM or pack we have not priced?
It does not guess. If a fabric weight, size or pack has no price in your setup, the booth shows price on request and sends the full specification to you. Once you add it as a priced variant, later buyers see that price.
Can tender buyers and distributors see different prices?
Your booth shows one set of prices. You share collections with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send each buyer a quote at the terms you agreed, so a government tender and a private distributor each get their own terms.
Our nonwoven fabric price changes often. Do we update every product?
Nothing reprices on its own. When you change the fabric rate for a GSM, Poly9 shows which gowns, drapes and open quotes use that fabric, so you can update those prices in one pass.
