Poly9 · Ceramics, pottery and tableware makers

Every glaze and decal, quoted for each buyer

Tableware buyers pick a shape and then make it their own. A retailer wants the dinner set in a blue reactive glaze. A hotel group wants a logo decal on the rim and a heavier body that survives commercial dishwashers. Your Digital Booth shows the price you set for each glaze and sends every custom change to your inbox, so a ceramic tableware manufacturer can quote the same day.

What buyers ask

Hospitality tableware enquiries, answered in minutes

Retail and hospitality buyers ask a custom dinnerware factory the same three questions. Each one needs the owner or the glaze room to answer.

“Can we have it in our glaze?”

Reactive glazes, matte solids, speckled finishes and hand-painted patterns each carry a different cost and reject rate. Buyers ask for two or three glazes on the same shape before they shortlist.

“Can you put our logo on it?”

Hotels and restaurant groups want a logo decal or a rim band. Retailers want a backstamp with their name. Each decoration adds a firing and a cost per piece, plus a setup charge.

“Is it safe for our market?”

Buyers ask about lead and cadmium release, and whether the piece is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe. Hospitality buyers also ask about chip resistance. They want to see your test reports before they order.

How it works

From kiln photos to priced dinnerware

You set up your shapes and your prices once. After that, the booth shows your glaze prices and sends you every custom decoration.

01

Load your shapes

Send phone photos of your plates, bowls and mugs or upload your Excel sheet. Poly9 writes each shape with size, body, glazes and set options for you to check.

02

Set your prices and options

Enter a price for each shape, set and glaze variant, the options buyers can pick, and one MOQ and lead time per product.

03

Buyers ask in plain words

A buyer types “this dinner set in our blue reactive glaze, our logo decal, 2,000 sets”. The assistant gives the set price you entered and marks the custom glaze and logo price on request.

04

You price it and send

Each custom request lands in your inbox with the full specification and an AI reply draft. You price it, and one click turns it into a quote.

Your range, as buyers see it

Questions from ceramics, pottery and tableware makers

How does Poly9 price a glaze we have never made?
It does not price it for you. The booth shows price on request and sends you the request with the shape and quantity. Once you add that glaze as a priced variant, later buyers see its price.
Can we charge a setup fee for logos and decals?
Yes. Logo requests come to your inbox as price on request. When you turn the enquiry into a quote, you add the setup charge as its own line next to the price per piece, so the buyer sees the full cost.
Can hotel groups and retailers see different prices?
Your booth shows one set of prices to everyone. Share a collection with prices and MOQs shown or hidden, then send a restaurant group and a homeware retailer each a quote at the terms you agreed.
How do buyers check food safety and test reports?
You name the reports you hold in each product’s description, such as lead and cadmium release tests or dishwasher tests. The assistant can tell buyers they exist, and you send copies with your quote.
What does a Digital Booth cost?
