We load each rug house price-per-square-foot rule and minimum size requirements. Designers ask for any size and Sourcebook calculates the price from the rule, including shape adjustments for runners or irregular shapes. Pricing updates when houses change their custom programs.

Can designers request custom colourways?

Yes. Designers select a design, request a custom colourway, and describe the colours or upload mood boards. The request routes to you and the rug house with designer contact and project details. You price it and coordinate strike-off estimates including shipping and revision allowances.

What if a house updates custom program pricing?

Connected rug houses update their own custom rules and the change reaches your showroom instantly. For houses not on Sourcebook, our team loads the new pricing from PDFs or price lists and checks it with you before it goes live. You see when pricing was last updated per house.

Do you handle KPSI and wool-silk blend custom requests?

If a rug house offers KPSI or blend options with a pricing rule, we load that rule and the AI prices it automatically. If the house does not publish pricing for those modifications, it routes the request to you with designer contact and rug details for manual quoting.

Can we track stock inventory per showroom location?
