Catalog sync questions

How do we sync our catalog to Sourcebook?
Send us your catalog export: SKUs, images, dimensions, materials, finishes, and configuration options. We load it and show you a preview in Sourcebook. Once approved, your catalog goes live to every showroom that carries you. Updates happen the same way, or you can connect your ERP for automatic sync.
Can we update pricing without re-syncing the whole catalog?
Yes. Update pricing separately from catalog changes. Price updates reach every showroom within minutes. Catalog updates like new products or discontinued items also sync without affecting existing pricing rules.
What if different showrooms have different pricing?
Set territory pricing, dealer tiers, or custom pricing per showroom. Each showroom sees their assigned pricing when they quote your products. You control which pricing rules apply to which showrooms and can adjust them without re-syncing your catalog.
How long does the initial catalog sync take?
For most brands, 1-2 weeks from receiving your catalog export to going live. Complex catalogs with thousands of SKUs and many configuration rules may take 3-4 weeks. We show you a preview before going live so you can verify pricing and configurations work correctly.
Can we sync only part of our catalog?
Yes. Some brands sync only products sold through showrooms and keep other product lines separate. You control which SKUs go into Sourcebook. You can add more products later without re-syncing existing ones.
What happens when we update a product image or dimensions?
Update product details in Sourcebook once. The changes appear to all showrooms that carry that product. Designers see updated images and specs when they search. No need to email updated images to every showroom.
