One living catalog across brands.

Showrooms need one catalog that answers questions, configures options and quotes from every brand they carry, not a stack of PDFs or separate portals. Poly9 AI answers from your full multi-brand catalog, prices from each brand's approved rules when loaded, or returns price on request when a rule is missing.

The problem

A dozen PDFs, a dozen portals, one question

Brand silos

Every brand sends a PDF catalog or a separate portal login. A designer's question about coastal dining tables across three brands means three searches, three quote calls, three follow-ups.

No cross-brand view

A client building a room doesn't care which brand makes the sofa. They need to see everything that fits their style and budget at once: assembled, rendered, priced and ready to approve.

Pricing guesswork

One brand's COM matrix is in your head; another's MOQ is in an email; a third ships from Italy and the freight changes weekly. Quoting feels like detective work, and the client is still on the floor.

How it works

One AI. Every catalog. Certified or price on request.

Poly9 AI loads every brand you represent into one living catalog. When a showroom rep or designer asks a question, the AI searches across all authorized brands, configures the options and prices from each brand's loaded rules. If a rule is missing, a new finish, an unpriced fabric grade, a special size, it returns price on request. Never a guess.

  • Search and configure across every brand in plain language
  • Prices come from each brand's approved rules or return POR
  • Multi-brand collections rendered as lifestyle rooms
  • Shareable quote links clients open on their phone
  • Brand owners can add rules without exposing them to competitors

The trust rule

Missing brand rules mean price on request.

Poly9 AI never guesses a price. If a designer asks for a fabric grade the brand hasn't loaded, a custom size outside the matrix, or a new finish not yet in the rules, the line item shows price on request and the showroom rep knows to follow up. Clients trust that when they see a number, it's certified. When they see POR, they know it's coming.

Brand owners control the pace. Load a catalog with imagery and base SKUs on day one; your team can configure and share collections at once. Add pricing rules for standard options when ready. Complex custom rules can follow. Every brand in your showroom moves at its own speed; the catalog stays useful at every stage.

Questions about one catalog across brands

What happens when a brand's pricing rules are missing?
Poly9 AI returns price on request for any option or configuration not covered by loaded rules. It never guesses. You control whether a brand shows certified pricing or POR at the line-item level, and the missing rule is visible so the brand can add it.
Can the same showroom rep quote several brands in one conversation?
Yes. A rep can ask for dining tables from Brand A and Brand B in a coastal finish that seats eight, and get results from both catalogs in one answer. The AI knows which catalog each SKU belongs to and which rules price it.
How does multi-brand permission work?
You assign brands to showroom users at the account level. A rep sees and quotes only the brands they're authorized to sell. Brand owners can view activity without exposing proprietary rules to the other brands in the showroom.
Do I need every brand's full pricing rules to start?
No. You can load catalogs with imagery and base SKUs first, configure finish and size, and return POR for pricing. Brands add their rules over time. The catalog is useful from day one and pricing-complete when you're ready.
Can designers build mood boards across brands?
Yes. Poly9 AI lets a designer select pieces from several brands, assemble them into a collection, render a lifestyle room, and share a priced or POR link with the client, all from one conversation on the showroom floor.
How is this different from a PIM or brand portal?
PIMs organize data; brand portals gate access. Poly9 AI answers plain-language questions, configures options, prices from loaded rules or returns POR, and quotes across every brand you carry, in one interface your team already knows.
