What happens when a brand's pricing rules are missing?
Poly9 AI returns price on request for any option or configuration not covered by loaded rules. It never guesses. You control whether a brand shows certified pricing or POR at the line-item level, and the missing rule is visible so the brand can add it.
Can the same showroom rep quote several brands in one conversation?
