Poly9 AI · everything behind the answer · Materials & finishes

Your library, and your suppliers’, priced.

309 materials and 165 finishes come with the platform, every one with a swatch and a hero image. Every “can I get it in…” is a material or a finish. Poly9 AI keeps them in one library: yours, the canonical one and your suppliers’, with prices and the rules for where each applies.

What it holds

Materials your AI can show and price.

Canonical library

Start from 309 materials and 165 finishes

Woods, metals, stones, textiles, leathers, natural fibers and finishes, every one with a swatch and a hero image. Adopt with one click and your AI can show it the same minute.

Your adoptions

Your prices on top

Adopt a material, add your pricing tiers or a finish premium, and the swap is priced for buyers from that moment. A walnut upcharge at Amberre is one adoption and one rule.

Supplier lines

Fabric by the yard, graded

Link a fabric house and its patterns, colorways, widths, repeats and fire codes sit inside your AI, quotable on your frames. Fabricut’s 16,307 fabrics price this way on Lee frames.

Colorways

Pantone and RAL on request

Ask for a material in a named color and your AI renders it, texture true, hue shifted, labeled as a render.

Your AI

Your AI in the library.

It shows the option before it prices it, and it only offers what you stock.

Renders the fabric on the frame and prices the swap from the grade.
Do you have this in blue?
Answers with the colorways you carry, not with “not customizable”.
Which woods can the bed come in?
Lists what the recipe prices: the real options, with swatches.

FAQ

Do our private materials stay private?
Yes. Materials you create are scoped to your company and never appear in another company’s library. The canonical 309 are shared; your prices, adoptions and premiums are not.
Can a supplier update their line inside our AI?
Yes. A linked supplier maintains its own catalog and prices, and your AI reads the current version on every answer. When Fabricut changes a price per yard, the next quote on a Lee frame uses it.
Does visualizing cost credits?
A render is one sales action, the same as any configured render, so showing the sofa in Off Track costs one credit. Browsing the library, adopting materials and setting prices cost nothing, however often you do them.
