Questions about Sourcebook

What is a showroom digital catalog?
It is every brand you carry in one catalog that your team and designers search, configure and price. In Sourcebook each brand’s products and grade matrix stay current, and your pricing rules set the trade and net price.
Can one catalog hold several brands with our own pricing?
Yes. Each brand loads from its own price lists and workbooks, and your rules apply on top of the brand’s retail. Every quote line shows the brand it came from.
Can designers price a frame without calling the rep?
Yes. A designer asks for a frame in a grade or a COM fabric and gets the price from that brand’s grade matrix with your pricing rules applied.
What if a brand’s price is missing?
That line shows price on request and the rest of the collection keeps its prices. Sourcebook never guesses a price, and the gap comes back to you to fill.
Which brands are loaded today?
CAI Designs, with showrooms in Arlington Heights and Troy, is the launch customer. Brand catalogs loaded and checked include Lee Industries, with 3,095 styles and 1,023 graded fabrics, and John Richard.
How much does Sourcebook cost?
Sourcebook is $1,000 a month per showroom. Setup depends on how many brands you carry, so we quote it after a 30-minute call. Book a demo to walk through your brands.
What is Sourcebook?
